Project Description

Intersectional Green Futures: Advancing Climate Justice for All tackles environmental challenges by engaging communities in comprehensive waste management strategies. With thematic areas encompassing waste management, climate action, education, and circular economy, the project mobilizes volunteers for clean-up drives, recycling/upcycling, and policy advocacy. The implementation of project activities involves collaboration with local level government units, partnerships with district level stakeholders and coordination with thematic partners of IM Swedish Development partners (SOSEC Nepal, Yuwalaya). Through research, training, and capacity-building, the project aims to create sustainable solutions and raise awareness about environmental issues, fostering a culture of responsible stewardship for future generations.
