Community Clean-Up Campaign Conducted in Ramnagar Tole, Ward No. 6, Nepalgunj

On 2 December 2025, CLEAN UP NEPAL, with support from Standard Chartered Nepal (Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited) and in close coordination with Nepalgunj Sub-Metropolitan City – नेपालगन्ज उपमहानगरपालिका, successfully conducted a community clean-up campaign in Ramnagar Tole, Ward No. 6.

A total of 38 enthusiastic participants—including community members, youth, and volunteers—came together to improve the cleanliness of their neighborhood. Collectively, they cleared approximately 131.79 kilograms of waste, which included 22.91 kg of PET bottles, 29.66 kg of plastics, and 79.22 kg of other waste materials.

This joint effort not only helped create a cleaner environment but also strengthened awareness about the importance of proper waste management.
