CLEAN UP NEPAL’S Zero Waste at Schools Program

CLEAN UP NEPAL facilitated the Zero Waste at Schools website walkthrough program at Adhyayan School ,Samakhusi for the students of grades 5, 6, and 7. A total of 68 students have enrolled for the online course. The students were eager to learn about sustainable waste practices.

The remote learning platform allows the teachers and students to access learning resources on sustainable waste management principles and practices through five-module lessons. The remote learning website comprises a teachers’ section and a student section. The student’s section includes a tutorial video, activity worksheets, and quizzes and the teacher’s section includes Training of Trainers (TOT) videos for teachers and a toolkit available in English, Nepali, and Newa languages.
