CLEAN UP NEPAL Launches Safa Nepal App in Birgunj to Revolutionize Waste Management

Birgunj Metropolitan Office initiated and launched Safa Nepal mobile application in Birgunj to resolved the issues of waste through the data-driven solution. It is launched with a display of the animation video of Safa Nepal. CLEAN UP NEPAL likes to thank and gratitude to Mayor Rajesh Man Singh for the perfectly implemented Safa Nepal mobile application and dashboard in Birgunj Metropolitan City.

CLEAN UP NEPAL developed “Safa Nepal” (a New Version of Nepal Waste Map) an open-data waste management and data collection system. It consists of a web-based dashboard and mobile application and has been developed to allow the local-level government to undertake evidence-based powerful analysis of waste-related data; provide waste collection and management information; and enable citizens to report waste dumping, burning, and irregular or untimely waste collection services.
