I have over 20 years of experience in the NGO sector, with proven professional knowledge and skills in project cycle management. I am well-versed in networking coordination and advocacy, and I possess excellent report writing abilities in both English and Nepali, along with strong project proposal writing skills.

My expertise includes designing and implementing programs focused on Quality Education, Child Rights, Human Rights, Social Justice, Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI), Disability Rights, Gender-Based Violence, Case-Based Discrimination and Untouchability (CBDU), Rights-Based Approach, Livelihood and Economic Empowerment, Climate Justice & Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Civic Education, Voter and Election Education, Political Participation, Democratic Governance, and Accountability.

I have a high level of awareness and capacity for designing and implementing humanitarian interventions, including a strong focus on Community Engagement & Accountability (CEA), Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI), Protection, Gender, and Inclusion (PGI), as well as adherence to the Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS) Program.

My knowledge extends to the challenges faced by marginalized groups in Nepal, such as Dalits, Children, Women, Youth, and Persons with Disabilities (PWD). I am proactive, exhibit good judgment and creativity, and am capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining organization when handling multiple assignments under tight deadlines. I am also willing to travel to remote areas and learn from local community members.
