About Me

I am a dedicated and community-driven development professional with over 15 years of experience working across rural Nepal in the fields of social mobilization, disaster response, environmental conservation, and project implementation. My journey has taken me through various roles with respected organizations such as the Nepal Red Cross Society, LACCoS, WWF Nepal, and USAID-funded initiatives, where I have been deeply involved in grassroots mobilization, stakeholder coordination, and field-level operations.

Throughout my career, I have supported communities in strengthening their resilience, enhancing sustainable livelihoods, and engaging in natural resource management. I have played key roles in earthquake emergency response logistics, conservation outreach, and the facilitation of buffer zone development. My work is rooted in direct engagement with local groups, from facilitating eco-clubs in schools to coordinating disaster preparedness trainings and managing field logistics.

Technically proficient in MS Office and reporting, I bring strong organizational and communication skills to any team. I am also multilingual, with fluency in Nepali, working proficiency in English, and good knowledge of Hindi. My approach is collaborative, adaptable, and grounded in a deep respect for the communities I serve. I am committed to making a meaningful impact by contributing to sustainable, inclusive development across Nepal’s most remote and vulnerable regions.
