About Me

Sujita Koirala is an Environmental Engineering graduate with practical experience in solid waste management, community training, and environmental safety compliance. She has worked on UNDP, KOICA, and ADB supported projects focused on sustainable waste management and environmental awareness.

She is currently working as a Recycle and Upcycle (RU) Trainer at CLEAN UP NEPAL, where she conducts community-level trainings on waste segregation, recycling, and upcycling to promote sustainable environmental practices. She also supports stakeholder coordination and project documentation to ensure smooth program implementation.

Previously, she worked as a Program Facilitator and Trainer at Green Road Waste Management Pvt. Ltd., where she led large-scale community trainings under KOICA and UNDP-supported projects, promoting waste management practices and circular economy solutions.

She also served as an Environmental and Safety Officer at Rasuwa Construction Company Pvt. Ltd., ensuring environmental, health, and safety compliance for infrastructure projects funded by the Asian Development Bank. In addition, she worked as an Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) Officer, supporting environmental assessments and coordination with local government bodies.

Sujita has strong skills in GIS, AutoCAD, EIA, solid waste management, community training, and environmental reporting. She is passionate about promoting sustainable, circular, and community-driven environmental solutions.
