She joined CLEAN UP NEPAL as a Communication Associate, where she creates instructional, awareness, and promotional materials digitally to promote a clean, healthy, and sustainable environment. Through this role, she supports efforts to reduce pollution, encourage environmentally responsible behavior, and promote healthier lifestyles by integrating environmental practices into everyday community life. Prior to this, she served as Personal Manager to Mannsi Agrawal, an International Corporate Trainer and Communication Coach, where she coordinated large-scale initiatives such as Horizons of Hope across four provinces of Nepal, supporting survivors of acid attacks, domestic violence, and burn injuries. She managed project planning, logistics, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and donor communication while working with organizations including UNDP, UNICEF, and the U.S. Embassy, and also contributed to branding, social media management, proposal writing, executive administration, and the facilitation of training sessions for over 300 participants.
