Sajida Khatoon Gaddi is an aspiring educator and community-driven individual dedicated to promoting education, empowerment, and social awareness at the grassroots level. With an academic background in Education (B.Ed, running 4th year), Sajida has been actively engaged in learning and teaching, aiming to inspire and uplift young people through quality education and skill development.

She has undertaken various technical and social trainings, including computer skills, self-security, tailoring, and awareness programs such as Bal Bibah Antya (ending child marriage). Through these, she has strengthened her competencies in communication, leadership, teamwork, and critical thinking, which she applies in both academic and community settings.

Sajida has also worked with local organizations, gaining practical experience in advocacy and awareness-raising activities, especially around human rights, social justice, and women’s empowerment. Her hobbies of reading, traveling, and exploring new places reflect her curiosity and passion for continuous growth and learning.

As a young woman from Kapilvastu, she is motivated to contribute to building an inclusive, educated, and empowered society. She aspires to work in organizations that offer challenging roles and opportunities to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact in education, social development, and community empowerment.
