About Me

Ranjit Sunar is a dedicated social mobilizer and research assistant with over two years of experience in community engagement, field research, data collection, and report writing. He has developed strong skills in identifying local needs, conducting field-level research, and supporting community-based programs aimed at empowering vulnerable populations.

He has worked in various roles including Research Assistant, Field Mobilizer, Field Intern, Volunteer, Computer Instructor, and Front Desk Officer across multiple organizations such as CWIN Nepal, Shankti Samuha, Alfa Computer Center, and E-Highway Educational Consultancy. In these roles, he contributed to case identification, community mobilization, data collection, program implementation, administrative support, and client communication.

In his previous work, Ranjit was responsible for report writing, data analysis, literature review, fieldwork support, and coordination. His previous field mobilization experience has further strengthened his ability to conduct outreach programs, manage cases, and engage with local communities effectively.

Ranjit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies from Pokhara University and has completed several professional trainings in computer applications, accounting packages, and gender-based violence awareness. He also has strong experience in research activities, including questionnaire design, SPSS data analysis, and report preparation across multiple social development topics.

With strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, he aims to continue contributing to impactful social research and community development initiatives.
