Experienced development professional with expertise on NGOs governance, organization development, partnership management, human rights, child rights, advocacy campaign and public policy. Worked in of both government and non-government organizations (CSOs) with close collaboration with multiple stakeholders in Nepal and internationally including bi-lateral and multi-lateral donors, community, media, I/NGOs, and others. Provided strategic leadership in government regulatory authority and global humanitarian organizations and ensured effective and efficient programme for sustainable development. Served as founder of Reaching the Unreached Movement (2012-2016) and council member of International Dalit Solidarity Network (IDSN). I have also served as International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) Fellow for 2023.
