Promoting Zero Waste: Workshop on Recycling & Upcycling of Food Packaging and Organic Waste

On 13 January 2025, CLEAN UP NEPAL proudly joined the global movement for a sustainable future by hosting a workshop on Recycling and Upcycling of Food Packaging and Organic Waste.

With the active participation of 42 enthusiastic individuals, the session explored creative ways to turn waste into value while championing the vision of #ZeroWaste. Key topics included:

📌 Types of plastics and food packaging 🥡
📌 Innovative recycling and upcycling solutions

This initiative is part of #ZeroWasteMonth2025, a global campaign supported by the Global Alliance for Incinerator Alternatives (GAIA) and the #BreakFreeFromPlastic movement, uniting organizations worldwide to promote Zero Waste as a solution to our waste crisis.
