About Me

Prejina Ghale is an enthusiastic and detail-oriented forestry student with a strong passion for environmental conservation and sustainable development. She has practical experience in environmental awareness programs, waste management initiatives, and community engagement activities focused on promoting sustainability.

She has worked as an Assistant Teacher at Gyanu Baba Secondary Boarding School, Pokhara, where she facilitated interactive learning sessions for students from grades 4 to 8, encouraging creativity, responsibility, and critical thinking. In addition, she completed an internship at the Plastic Management Information Centre, where she contributed to awareness campaigns on plastic waste management, supported digital outreach activities, and assisted in data management and coordination of waste-related initiatives.

Prejina has also been actively involved in volunteer work with organizations such as UNIFY Pokhara and the Plastic Management Information Centre. She has contributed to environmental campaigns, educational support activities, and awareness programs, including participation in events like International Clouded Leopard Day 2023. Her contributions reflect her commitment to biodiversity conservation and community service.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Forestry Science at Tribhuvan University, Institute of Forestry, Pokhara Campus, she continues to build strong academic and practical expertise in environmental science. With skills in ArcGIS, MS Office tools, teamwork, and communication, she aspires to contribute to impactful environmental conservation and sustainability initiatives.
