She is connected with academics in and out of the country and works with them to advance inclusive education. She often conducts academic and professional development programs in collaboration with the Tribhuvan University Grassroots Community, the Open and Distance Education Centre at Tribhuvan University, and the University of Grant Commission. These programs have already produced several academic leaders as they played a leading role in conducting multiple professional development training sessions for the concerned stakeholders. They directly impacted their academic and professional career.

Currently, as a Regional Liasion Officer, she is coordinating office administrative procedures, reviewing, evaluating and implementing new methods in Global Partnership for
the Prevention of Armed Conflict, GPPAC, Hague, The Netherland.

In the capacity of Chief Executive Officer and Research Associate at Galli Galli, a local
NGO, she has moderated a series of discussion programs on education, health, and financial issues. Moreover, she worked on project planning and implementation for a poverty alleviation project in the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC). Likewise, she has contributed five years to the Weltwaerts Volunteer Program in collaboration with GIZ Nepal. While working in the development sector, she developed an interest in developing the intersectionality of class, caste, race, gender, culture, and identity and how it impacts society.

As an Abshire-Inamori Leadership Academy (AILA) Fellow at CSIS, she participated in a leadership program in Washington D.C. in 2024. Recently, she participated in the 4th International Workshop for Leadership & Security in Islamabad, conducted by the National Defense University, Pakistan.
