Ensuring Safety: PPE Distribution for 500 Informal Waste Workers

We’re excited to announce that 500 Informal Waste Workers (IWWs) involved in our training and sessions are now equipped with fully certified PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to ensure their safety and well-being!

Each worker received:
πŸ‘Ÿ Safety Shoes – Steel-toe protection for dry waste and gumboots for wet waste.
πŸ‘š PPE Suit – Cotton jacket and pants with reflective tape for visibility and protection.
🧀 Safety Gloves – Cut-resistant gloves with strong grip and fingertip sensitivity.
😷 Surgical Masks – 95%+ bacterial filtration for airborne protection.
🧒 Sport Caps – Comfortable caps with sun protection.

Each item meets reliable and certified safety standards, ensuring protection as our workers continue their essential waste management efforts.
