About Me

Durga Adhikari is a dedicated and hardworking professional with experience in project supervision, community engagement, and development sector initiatives. She has demonstrated strong leadership and coordination skills through her involvement in environmental and public health-related projects, focusing on community-level implementation and stakeholder management.

She has worked as an Activity Supervisor in the UNDP SGP Plastic Innovation Project, where she contributed to zero plastic waste initiatives in Pokhara Metropolitan Ward No. 12 through community experimentation, event management, and field coordination. She is also actively serving as a Female Community Health Volunteer, supporting health awareness programs and community-level health training activities. In addition, she has worked as a Master Trainer in the GCRU project, where she played a key role in training delivery, community engagement, and coordination with multiple stakeholders across Pokhara Metropolitan.

Durga is skilled in Microsoft Office tools and possesses strong abilities in leadership, communication, teamwork, and decision-making. She is committed to continuous learning and professional growth while contributing effectively to organizational goals and community development.
