CLEAN UP NEPAL Reviews Vocational Training Module on Waste Management

On 8 November 2024, CLEAN UP NEPAL convened a meeting with key stakeholders to review and refine a vocational training module on waste management. Developed by Gurans Consultancy Nepal (P) Ltd under the GEMS L project, the module is supported by BGZ Berliner Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit mbH and funded by the State Office for Development Cooperation (LEZ).

The training module is designed as a comprehensive guide for youth interested in resource recovery from waste, offering practical insights and skills for sustainable waste management. During the meeting, stakeholders provided valuable feedback to further enhance the module’s effectiveness and usability.

The updated module will soon be available for public access, empowering individuals and communities to embrace resource recovery and contribute to sustainable environmental practices. CLEAN UP NEPAL continues to lead initiatives that promote education and collaboration for a cleaner future.
