About Me

Chalitra Krishna Joshi is a seasoned finance and administration professional with over three decades of experience in national and international development projects. He has extensive expertise in accounting, financial management, budgeting, donor reporting, procurement, inventory management, and administrative operations in multi-disciplinary environments.

He has worked with organizations such as UNDP under the Province and Local Governance Support Programme (PLGSP) and the Parliament Support Project (PSP), where he served as an Administrative and Finance Assistant. In these roles, he managed project finances, prepared budgets and financial reports, supported audits, and coordinated logistical arrangements for trainings, workshops, and field visits. He has also collaborated closely with government agencies and development partners to ensure effective project implementation and compliance with financial regulations.

Earlier in his career, he served at Himal Association and under the DANIDA-funded Natural Resource Management Sector Assistance Programme (NARMSAP), where he gained extensive experience in financial oversight, budgeting, and administrative system development.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Studies (MBS) from Tribhuvan University and is proficient in accounting software such as Navision Financials, Tally, Nex Fin, and FAMOS. With his strong technical expertise and commitment, he continues to contribute to effective financial governance and administrative management in development programs.
