About Me
I have completed my graduation from TU University. My hobbies include expanding my knowledge in my field and learning new skills for personal growth.
I have over 6 years of experience in roles such as field coordinator, field research assistant, field supervisor, and mobilizer. I worked at Protection Nepal Bara as a mobilizer for child rights and gender programs. I also worked at Plan Nepal as a program supervisor, where I provided technical services and facilitated the work of all staff. My responsibilities included collecting information, preparing project proposals, designing programs, preparing action plans, monitoring, analyzing, mobilizing, and facilitating various groups.
I have also worked at CREHPA Nepal as a research assistant and municipality coordinator, and served as a local coordinator for child marriage programs for 5 years. My work involved household listing and sampling, complying with ethical aspects such as safety and confidentiality of interviewees, using the CAP application (Cspro) for data collection and sampling, and coordinating meetings with municipal and ward officials as well as local-level stakeholders.
My strengths include establishing good connections and understanding with people, being flexible and adaptable to different work environments, maintaining a positive attitude, having confidence, and managing my time well. I can work effectively with diverse groups of people.
