About Me
He currently serves as a Mechanical Engineer at CLEAN UP NEPAL, where he contributes technical expertise to projects focused on recycling, upcycling, circular economy practices, and sustainable waste management solutions. Through his role, he supports the development of innovative technologies and environmentally responsible approaches that promote resource efficiency and sustainable community development.
Alongside his work at CLEAN UP NEPAL, Abishek is the Co-Founder and Team Lead of Fully Charged Nepal Enterprise, where he leads the Battery Innovation Lab established with technical support from UNDP’s Green Job Creation through Recycling and Upcycling (GCRU) Project. His work focuses on electric vehicle battery testing, battery repurposing, energy storage systems, and sustainable e-waste management.
He has also worked with the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) as an E-Mobility Technical Consultant and Research Intern under the Sustainable Electric Transport for Nepal (SET4NPL) project. In these roles, he provided technical support, stakeholder coordination, policy research, and project documentation while working closely with government agencies and development partners to advance Nepal’s electric mobility sector.
In addition, Abishek has served as a faculty member and visiting lecturer, delivering technical instruction and mentoring students in automobile engineering and emerging electric vehicle technologies. He has led and contributed to several research projects related to EV battery innovation, vehicle electrification, and sustainable transport systems.
With strong technical skills in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS, CarSim, and engineering design and analysis, Abishek combines innovation, research, and practical engineering expertise. He is committed to advancing sustainable technologies and contributing to environmentally responsible development through engineering solutions.
