Launch of Climate Justice Situation Analysis Report

CLEAN UP NEPAL is thrilled to announce the release of the Situation Analysis of Climate Justice Issues report, developed under the Intersectional Green Futures: Advancing Climate Justice for All project.

This initiative was implemented by CLEAN UP NEPAL, funded by IM Swedish Development Partner, and carried out in partnership with:

βœ… Dalit Development Society (DDS), Salyan
βœ… Freed Kamalari Development Forum (FKDF), Dang

The study focuses on Kapilvastu Municipality (Kapilvastu District), Kapurkot Rural Municipality (Salyan District), and Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City (Dang District), shedding light on human-induced environmental changes, climate impacts, and challenges faced by vulnerable communities. The report presents key findings, insights from advocacy efforts, and actionable recommendations to promote climate justice.
