About Me

Amrit Gautam is a dedicated and results-oriented professional with over two years of experience in social mobilization and more than five years of experience in teaching and facilitation. He has strong expertise in conducting awareness campaigns, delivering participatory training, and engaging communities at the grassroots level to promote sustainable development practices.

He has worked as a Community Mobilizer at Manakamana Gobar Gas Sewa Kendra, where he led awareness campaigns on biogas as a clean energy alternative and supported households in accessing subsidies and adopting sustainable technologies. He also gained early experience as a Social Initiator (Intern) at Janasewa Saving and Credit Co-operative Society, where he promoted cooperative membership and facilitated community mobilization.

In addition to his community work, Amrit has extensive teaching experience. He is currently working as a Basic Level Teacher at L. Angel School, where he teaches Science and Mathematics and supports academic coordination. Previously, he worked at Shree Dhara Basic School, contributing to both classroom teaching and extracurricular and community engagement activities.

Growing up in a rural setting, Amrit brings a deep understanding of local challenges and community resilience. He possesses strong communication, facilitation, and coordination skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and digital tools. He is committed to empowering communities and contributing to impactful social change initiatives.
