Pramila Bishwokarma is a motivated and results-oriented social mobilization professional with a strong foundation in psychosocial counseling, community engagement, and project implementation. With hands-on experience across diverse sectors, she has demonstrated the ability to conduct psychosocial assessments, develop client-centered care plans, and facilitate community-based interventions that enhance wellbeing and access to essential services. She has worked with organizations such as CLEAN UP NEPAL and Nepal Psychosocial Care and Research Center, contributing to environmental awareness, mental health support, and community outreach initiatives.

Pramila’s professional journey includes roles in finance, education, and sales, having gained practical experience at Nepal Bank Limited, as well as in academic and teaching environments. She brings strong competencies in stakeholder coordination, documentation, outreach program design, and administrative management, alongside proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems. Her ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams, combined with her commitment to inclusive development and mental health advocacy, enables her to contribute meaningfully in dynamic field and office settings.

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Tribhuvan University, Pramila continues to strengthen her academic and professional expertise. Fluent in multiple languages including Nepali, English, Hindi, and regional dialects, she is well-equipped to engage with diverse communities.
