Community Clean-Up Campaign Conducted at Bhrikutinagar, Ward No. 10, Nepalgunj

On 14th November 2025, CLEAN UP NEPAL, with the support of Standard Chartered Nepal (Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited) and in close coordination with Nepalgunj Sub-Metropolitan City – नेपालगन्ज उपमहानगरपालिका, successfully organized a community clean-up campaign at Bhrikutinagar, Ward No. 10, Nepalgunj Sub-Metropolitan City.

A total of 27 enthusiastic participants, including community members, youth, and volunteers, joined hands to make their neighborhood cleaner. Together, they collected approximately 100.97 kilograms of waste, consisting of 5.1 kg of glass items, 4.41 kg of PET bottles, 19.6 kg of plastics, and 71.86 kg of other types of waste.

This collective effort not only contributed to a cleaner environment but also helped raise awareness about proper waste management. CLEAN UP NEPAL also thanks BAS NEPAL for their valuable local support.
