11th River Clean-Up Success at Bagmati River!

We’re proud to share the success of our 11th River Clean-Up event today at the Bagmati River (LMC 2, opposite Kuleshwor fruits market, between Teku Dobhan and Balkhu Bridge)!

A total of 2,380.495 kg of waste was collected, including:
1,918.99 kg of plastics
253.38 kg of mixed waste
97.945 kg of low-grade plastics
90.78 kg of textiles
14.7 kg of glass
4.7 kg of metal

A huge thank you to the 109 incredible participants68 volunteers and 41 local community members—who made this event a success! Together, we are not just cleaning up the river but igniting a powerful wave of change for our environment.
