Household Waste Management Survey to be held in Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur

Clean up Nepal is interested in understanding waste management issues in Kathmandu such that appropriate solutions can be developed. These solutions may be in the form of community awareness and engagement, trainings and workshops, and improved coordination between stakeholders working in waste management.

Towards this, Clean up Nepal will survey 250 individuals each at Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square and Bhaktapur Durbar Square on the 10th of January 2015 from 9am to 1pm.

We require 15 volunteers each in Bhaktapur, Patan and Kathmandu to undertake these surveys. All volunteers will have an opportunity to be involved in data collation and analysis as well. Please note that you must be available on 10 January 2015 from 9am to 1pm and also to collate data collected. Each volunteer is expected to survey 16 individuals.
