By collaborating with local partners, Clean up Nepal aims to heighten the impact of each partner’s efforts to create clean and healthy communities. Some of what local partners do is help raise awareness about the benefits of having a clean environment; encourage community members to reduce, reuse and recycle; reduce the haphazard disposal of rubbish; and work with a wide range of stakeholders to strengthen environmentally sustainable collection, management and disposal systems. Specifically for the September 20th nationwide cleanup, local partners are responsible for cleanup activities, mobilisation of volunteers and evaluation of the cleanup site. Local partners include NGOs/CBOs, the private formal/informal sector and local inhabitants.
Please view the documents below for the September 20th cleanup. If you would like to become a local partner for the cleanup or in the future, please contact Kamal Rana at email@example.com or on +977 1-4226471. Any questions or comments can be directed to Kamal Rana.
